ok.. past few days have been really boring cause I was just bumming around at home and cleaning up the house.. until..
cari decided to come over today! haha. yeps. We were all set on baking! "Chocolate Coffee Circles" That's what we made. hah. I guess the texture came out a bit weird..but nevertheless, it was nice..cause of the icing we made. -sugar intake is HIGH for today- *warning.. ann might be having sugar rush. =p
Met her in the morning for lunch..then went to buy stuffs for the cake.. so we didn't get all the ingredients and improvised on some. used milo powder.. and even added nescafe. haha. ohh and mich and audrey came over too.. the were like pounding sugar to make castor sugar. 4 girls in a kitchen.. haha. noisyy!!
oh oh..let me share cariann's recipe on "how to make peppermint essence". Get peppermint leaves.. then squeeze it to get the juice. ta da! of course..we didn't get the peppermint leaves, so yea. we had to make do without peppermint icing..
and..my ear reeeeally hurts now. gotta see the doc tmr morning.
